Hope for the Future

Jordan FrittsWe hired a young man 4 years ago as a project manager. His name is Jordan Fritts. I hear many colleagues complain about the lack of work ethic in our youth; however, he has given me hope in our future.

This young man has been a pleasure to work with - as well as train. He started his first day with enthusiasm, curiosity and a strong intuition for this industry. He shows respect for his colleagues and clients and has built a following of very satisfied customers.

One of his strongest attributes is his ability to listen. He hears what the customer wants while understanding the unique installation challenges that face every job and the variety of stone selections available.

There has never been a "stupid" question. In fact, I have been intrigued by everyone he has asked - which is what has made him the project manager he is today. I was recently copied on a testimonial and I wanted to share it with you.

"Good morning Jordan ...... the guys did a great job.  The new stone color blends in very well.  I've spoken to Nancy Denega with KBR and Jim Sinclair with Brookfield Properties and both are very happy.  If they're happy, then we can be happy.  - Good job! "            Larry @ L & L
